Donald L. Hausauer passed away on May 7, 2025. He was 71 yrs old. Donald was born in Monroe & raised in Sultan, WA, as the middle child of 7. He had a love of travel & used that interest to live & work his way around the Western states. Idaho, Montana, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, California, Wyoming, Nevada, with his last adventure landing him in Glendale, Oregon. He was a true wandering free spirit who had many acquaintances & friends who remember him as one who would always help others.
Donald was proceeded in death by his parents, LaDonna (Munn) & Robert Hausauer Sr. & his nephew Ryan Milan. Donald leaves behind his children Kiaja, Dustin & Nicholas Archer, & their mother, Holly Anable; his grandchildren Aiyana & Dalen Thompson; his brothers & sisters Joe (Erin) Munn, Caryl Munn, Theresa (Mike) Milan, Robert Hausauer Jr, Richard Hausauer and Bonnie Hausauer. He also leaves 4 nieces & nephews, 10 great nieces & nephews, & 1 great, great nephew, & aunts, uncles & cousins scattered across the US.
Donald had a love of the outdoors, spontaneous road trips, gold panning, his native culture, & history. He was a Native American with strong family ties to the Snohomish & Snoqualmie tribes. Several of his direct ancestors were signers of The Treaty of Point Elliot. He never met a person he couldn't talk with. He had a very kind heart, a quick temper, a mischievous sense of humor, & was a stubborn ol' cuss who will be truly missed by his friends & family. Donald was & is deeply forever loved.
