I want to thank John for being so kind gracious and loving during all 3 of my family members deaths. My grandpa 5 1/2 years ago..my sister 3 years ago tomorrow...my grandma on the 5th of this month. I have had closure that I never new existed. He is so knowledgeable, protective, and all around an amazing genuine man that is there for us in the hardest moment. I can't express how much I appreciate.

John and Jennifer have helped me out several times over the past few years. Each time they were very compassionate and genuine in their concern for me. Even though I was grieving and sometimes in shock, I never felt pressured or rushed into making decisions even though decisions needed to be made quickly. They are local owners and take very good care of their customers. I felt like I was being taken care of by family.

I would like to take this time to Thank John and Mountain View Memorial Chapel for every they did for our family when we loss our loved one, Bill West. We had to go the service in 5 days because of the timing. John made sure everything was done and ready to go . I can't Thank him enough and there are no words to express how we feel...no worries at all. WE counted on him and he really came thru. I have been a florist in Douglas county and visited a lot of funeral homes and I personally would not go any where else. I can never Thank him enough for all the kindness he shown and when you use Mountain View Funeral Chapel and John you won't be sorry...and the price is right.

My husband Bill West passed away in March 2023 on a Monday and the service was held on the following Saturday. This was a fast funeral and we had to have it then. I went to Mountain View Memorial Chapel and John took care of everything for me and my family. John was there every time I had questions. As a florist and dealing with other funeral homes in the area, I would not go to anyone else.
We can't Thank You enough John, for you thoughtfulness, kindness and everything you did for our family. WE have told everyone we know about Mountain View Memorial Chapel and what a wonderful job you did for us and the price was right. Your won't be sorry...John is there for you and your family.
